February Events

Denny Waxman held a lecture “7 Steps to Healthy Healing” at Ingrid’s home in Laguna Niguel on Feb. 2nd.   We had a great turnout!   If you missed this lecture Denny will be returning to Orange County end of May beginning of June. Watch the OC Macros website for announcements.

 Thanks to all who attended the potluck at the Donikowski’s.   We had 22 people present.   We have two new members Rick Poffenbarger & his friend Martha.  Next time you see Rick & Martha at a potluck stop to introduce yourself.   Thank you Don for another great group photo of the OC Macros!

 I handed out OC Macro Folders at the last potluck.  Please check your information in the directory and let me know of any changes.  If you think of anything to add that could be useful to everyone let me know.

Reminders

Please complete your profile if you haven’t already done so.  If you are in the process of healing and eating  Macrobiotic Healing Foods it is very important to post your profile to give hope and encouragement to our Newcomers.  They will see they have someone to connect with.

Saturday, March 19th  Healing Potluck at Ingrid’s home in Laguna Niguel has been cancelled.  

What to Watch For

April 21st, potluck at Ron & Terri Renish.  RSVP with the dish you will bring by Tuesday, April 20th.

I wanted to let everyone know that I have had a change of heart and decided to resign as Secretary from OC Macros.
