May Potluck Thank you to Don and Kaja for hosting the May potluck! Our evening began with “Hands on Shiatsu” with Pamela. She began with breathing exercises which helped us to relax, remove tension and focus our minds on the delicious macro meal. Each person had a partner and we practiced several massage techniques on each other. Was that relaxing! Thank you Pamela! A special thanks to Ginny for her support as the Potluck Coordinator. Ginny worked diligently by calling each person on our list and she made certain that we had a great variety of dishes. Ginny also went to Mothers Market and created a list of food items that a new member could purchase to bring to their first potluck. Thanks Ginny for all your help! This month, we welcomed two new members - Don Read and Nina Hanan. Thank you for coming. We really enjoyed your Snap Pea dish and your pies! Yum! Congratulations to Pamela. In order for our June Denny Waxman event to be to be successful we need each member to copy and distribute flyers in your local area. Click HERE to download the flyer. You can post them at local colleges, Wild Oat’s, Mother’s Market, Henry’s, Trader Joe’s, chiropractic offices, health centers, acupuncturists, vegetarian restaurants and local gyms.
