2 Cups Lentils 2 Cups Rice, Pressure Cooked
Onions ¼ Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
Carrots Safflower Oil
Corn Drops Sesame Seed Oil, Toasted
Peas -(Optional)

Cook a standard lentil dish simmering green lentils in water until soft, add onions, carrots, corn and peas until soft. Pressure cook brown rice for 55 min. Combine ingredients and add whole wheat pastry flour and season. Form small balls and place in heated safflower oil until crisp. Remove and place on a plate layered with paper towels. Sprinkle shoyu or salt over poppers and serve hot or cold.
