Peanut Butter Marvels

1 Cup Unsalted, Unsweetened Chunky 1 ½ Tsp Baking Powder
-Peanut, Butter ½ Cup Rolled Oats
½ Cup Wheat Malt (Or Brown Rice) ¼ Cup Flaked Coconut, Unsweetened
-Syrup ¼ Cup Eden Rice Soy Blend Or
¼ Cup Corn Oil Vanilla Rice Or Soy Milk
2 Tbl Barley Malt 2/3 Cup Barley Malt Sweetened
2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract -Chocolate Chips
1 ½ Cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat together peanut butter, wheat malt, oil, barely malt and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth. Mix flour, baking powder, oats and coconut in a separate bowl. Add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture, and mix into a soft dough, adding rice and soy blend as needed to make a soft dough. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared pans, pressing lightly and rounding, leaving a small space between cookies. Bake 15 to 18 min.¾ or until cookies are light golden and firm. Transfer to wire racks and cool completely.
