Pecan Nuggets

4 Cups Roasted Pecans, Pulverized ½ Cup Rice Syrup
1 Tsp Arrowroot Powder 1 Tsp Vanilla, Mixed Into The
½ Cup Barley Malt -Barley Malt

Mix pecans with arrowroot. Add rice syrup and barley malt with vanilla. Mix until pecans and syrups are evenly distributed. Moisten hands with water and pinch off a piece of mixture and roll into small balls. Keep chilled.
