Combine water, garlic, paprika, coriander, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in couscous, carrots, and raisins. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 min. or until couscous has absorbed liquid. Add almonds and oil, fluff with a fork, and serve. Download this recipe http://www.AccuChef.com |
