| 1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour |
1 Cup Water |
| 1 Tbl Baking Powder |
¼ Cup Corn, Safflower, Or Sesame |
| 1 Tsp Orange Zest |
-Oil |
| 1 Cup Corn meal |
4 Oz Soft Tofu |
| ½ Tsp Sea Salt |
¼ Cup Maple Syrup |
Blend all liquid ingredients together and add to dry ingredients and mix gently. (DO NOT over mix.) Bake in 375° F oven for about 20 mins.
