1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 1 Cup Water
1 Tbl Baking Powder ¼ Cup Corn, Safflower, Or Sesame
1 Tsp Orange Zest -Oil
1 Cup Corn meal 4 Oz Soft Tofu
½ Tsp Sea Salt ¼ Cup Maple Syrup

Blend all liquid ingredients together and add to dry ingredients and mix gently. (DO NOT over mix.) Bake in 375° F oven for about 20 mins.
