Prepared by Bertie Lubinsky, September 2004 . You can add 1/2 cup beans soaked overnight and boiled with kombu.
Place all the chopped vegetables in separate dishes, half full, equal amounts of each. Bring water to a boil. Boil carrots 2 min. and all other vegetables 1 min. Work with two pots and strainer and boil each vegetable separately and spread on a large plate to cool. Add sautéd vegetables and diced vegetables and stir. Pour dressing over all.
