Japanese Pressed Salad With Dulse

Cabbage, Sliced Ginger, Grate And Squeeze
Cucumber, Sliced -Juice
Celery, Sliced Dulse Sea Vegetable, Chop Or
Red Onion, Sliced -Tear Up
Lemon, Sliced Sea Salt

Combine all Organic produce and mix well with salt. Press until soggy. About 1 hour or more. (If too salty, you can rinse with good water.)
