Ginger, Grate And Squeeze |
| Cucumber, Sliced |
-Juice |
| Celery, Sliced |
Dulse Sea Vegetable, Chop Or |
| Red Onion, Sliced |
-Tear Up |
| Lemon, Sliced |
Sea Salt |
Combine all Organic produce and mix well with salt. Press until soggy. About 1 hour or more. (If too salty, you can rinse with good water.)
