Prepared by Cathy Carlson, May 2004 - I didn't follow a recipe. For the Potluck I added "Veggie Cutlets" from Mother's Market that created a Macaroni & "Chicken" Salad. I alternated layers of the Veggie Cutlets with layers of the macaroni salad below.
Add green onions to cooked pasta for 1 min. and drain. Toss in the vegetables and dill. Mix in the Vegenaise and serve cold. Download this recipe http://www.AccuChef.com |
