1 Cup Quinoa 3-6 Tbl Olive Oil 2 Cups Water Pinch Sea Salt 1/3 Cup Parsley 4-5 Tbs Lemon Juice 1 Bunch Radishes
Cook quinoa in water. Stand to let cool. Chop vegetables and mix with grain. Add olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
