Soak and cook grain in usual manner. Use any combination of veggies. Cut in small pieces and blanch. Mix veggies and rice together. Heat oil and add shoyu and vinegar. Add to grain and veggies. Sprinkle seeds or nuts on top and mix through. Download this recipe http://www.AccuChef.com |
