Rice Salad

Prepared by Mike & Carole, August 2004 . Note: If you want a little more zip, add brown rice
vinegar.

Whole Grain, Soaked & Cooked -Leeks Cabbage
Sunflower Seeds Or Pine Nuts, Dry Olive Oil
-Roasted Shoyu, To Taste
Veggies, I.e. Carrots Celery Onions Umeboshi Vinegar, To Taste

Soak and cook grain in usual manner. Use any combination of veggies. Cut in small pieces and blanch. Mix veggies and rice together. Heat oil and add shoyu and vinegar. Add to grain and veggies. Sprinkle seeds or nuts on top and mix through.
