-Drained |
| 1 Carrot, Grated |
-----Oriental Vinaigrette ----- |
| 2 Cups Green Cabbage, Shredded |
½ Cup Sesame Oil |
| 1 Cup Red Cabbage, Shredded |
2 Tbl Mirin |
| ¼ Cup Green Onion, Diced |
1/3 Cup Brown Rice Vinegar |
| 1/3 Cup Parsley, Chopped |
1 Tsp Sea Salt |
| 1 Cup Arame, Soaked, Rinsed And |
½ Tsp Pepper, (Optional) |
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss with Oriental Vinaigrette. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Garnish with gomashio.
