Seitan Goulash

2 ½ Cups Seitan, Cut In Chunks 1 Tbl Shoyu
3 Medium Onions, Cut In Half 1 Tbl Kuzu
-Moon Slices 1 Cup Water
1 Tbl Toasted Sesame Oil ¼ Cup Ground Walnuts
5 Shiitakes, Soaked And Sliced Broccoli Florets, For Garnish

Caramelize onions in cast iron frying pan with toasted sesame oil. Add shiitake. Add kuzu dissolved in water. Stir until thickened. Add shoyu, seitan, and nuts. Cover and cook 5 min. Add steamed broccoli florets for garnish.
