Baked Beans

2 Cups Navy Beans, Soaked 3 Hours 2 Cups Onions, Diced
-And, Drained 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
4" Piece Kombu Sea Vegetable ¾ Cup Barley Malt
5 Cups Water 3 Tbl Soy Sauce
2 Tbl Corn Oil 3 Tbl Mustard

Cook beans with cut up kombu and water in pressure cooker 1/2 hour. Drain. Preheat oven 375. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Stir in barley malt. Add soy sauce and mustard and stir together. Transfer to heavy pot, cover and bake 1 hour. Add bean liquid if necessary to adjust.
