Summer Corn Chowder

5 Cups Water (Or Stock) ¼ Cup Daikon Radish, (Optional)
3 Ears Corn, Cut Off Kernals 3" Strip Kombu Sea Vegetable
1 Onion, Diced Barley Miso, To Taste
1 Stalk Celery, Diced Parsley, Garnish

Simmer corn cobs and kombu in water for 10 min. Then remove cobs, add onion, celery, and daikon. Simmer 10 min. more. Dissolve miso into soup and remove kombu. For creamy taexture, blend half in the blender. Reheat and serve garnished with parsley.
