Simmer corn cobs and kombu in water for 10 min. Then remove cobs, add onion, celery, and daikon. Simmer 10 min. more. Dissolve miso into soup and remove kombu. For creamy taexture, blend half in the blender. Reheat and serve garnished with parsley. Download this recipe http://www.AccuChef.com |
