Lima Beans With Corn And Leeks

1 Lb Lima Beans, Soak Overnight 2-3 Cups Corn, Fresh Or Frozen
-With Lots Of Water 1-2 Cups Leeks, Chopped
2 Red Onions, Sliced, Quarter 3 Tbl Sesame Oil
-Moons Shoyu, To Taste

Bring beans to a boil and simmer until cooked. Depending on desired consistency, you may strain the bean juice. In a separate pot, sauté onions in oil until browned or caramelized. Water sauté leeks until soft but not soggy. Add leeks, caramelized onions and corn to beans. Mix thoroughly and add shoyu to taste.
