Bring beans to a boil and simmer until cooked. Depending on desired consistency, you may strain the bean juice. In a separate pot, sauté onions in oil until browned or caramelized. Water sauté leeks until soft but not soggy. Add leeks, caramelized onions and corn to beans. Mix thoroughly and add shoyu to taste. Download this recipe http://www.AccuChef.com |
