Tempeh Cabbage Rolls

2" X 2" Piece Tempeh, Cut In Cubes Water, As Needed
-Or Crumble 2 Tbl Sauerkraut, Squeezed
Light Or Toasted Sesame Oil 2 Drops Ginger Juice
1/3 Cup Onion, Diced 1 Green Cabbage Leaf, Steamed
˝ Tsp Shoyu Leftover Cooked Grain

Pan fry tempeh in oil until golden brown. Set aside on paper towel to absorb some of the oil. Sauté onion for a few min. Add tempeh to onions and cook 15 min. with shoyu (and water as needed). Add sauerkraut and ginger juice and simmer for 5 more min. Steam cabbage leaf. Stuff cabbage leaf with onion/tempeh mixture and small amount of leftover cooked grain.
