Begin by brushing oil on the bottom of a Nabe pot. (Macros don't like to use too much oil, especially for cancer and healing patients.) Add onions and sauté over medium heat for about 2-3 min., or until they caramelize. Add by layers the Carrots, Daikon and finally the Broccoli. The vegetables should be sautéed uncovered during this part of the cooking. Seven minutes later the vegetables should appear bright in color and it is time to season. Add the tangerine juice and water, cover and cook for about another 7 min. The vegetables should still be crisp but soft enough to eat. Add lemon juice and squeeze ginger juice over everything. Toss vegetables to coat everything and cook another minute. Garnish with green onions or parsley and roasted pumpkin seeds. Download this recipe http://www.AccuChef.com |
