Who
Makes Up The OC Macros Potluck Club (OCMPC)?
People
like you. People from all walks of life who have chosen a Macrobiotic way of selecting,
cooking, and eating food to get or stay healthy.
If
this choice is quite new to you or you are a beginner, there are many people at
the Orange County Macros Potluck dinners who have eaten using Macrobiotics as
their guide for many years. We are a group of strong supporters. Many have handled
serious chronic disease or illness. Others have chosen to follow the Macrobiotic
principles because they just make good sense.
Pamela
Buonanotte is one of these people. Based in Orange County, Pamela has held Thursday
night dinners followed by lectures for many years. She has given group and private
macrobiotic cooking classes since 1987 from her home. (Visit Pamela on Facebook.)
She
decided to start Orange County's Potluck Club in January 2004 when the first OC
Macros Potluck dinner was held.
Pamela
